Why this exists

ScreenConscious was built because a gap existed. There was plenty of research. Plenty of academic papers. Plenty of concerned articles in newspapers that parents never read. What didn’t exist was a single, well-designed, honest, and accessible resource that took a parent through the full picture — the science, the design manipulation, the real effects, and the practical steps — without lecturing them or making them feel like failures.
